The threat of the Covid-19 virus is causing us anxiety and fear. We are worried about our health, our family our friends and our community. There is uncertainty about how long it will take for us to overcome this pandemic and we don’t know how long we will have to be in lock-down. We are worried about paying our bills, our rent and whether we will have enough food. It is a very challenging time. Even to stay positive at this time is a challenge.
